Questions people ask before they call.
How long does setup take?
Two days. We map your rooms and rate plans, connect your OTA extranets, build your booking page and load your photos — then walk you through it on a 20-minute call. You do not do the setup yourself.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Not on direct bookings, not on OTA bookings, not on payments taken through us. You pay one flat monthly fee that depends only on how many rooms you have.
What happens to my existing OTA listings?
They stay exactly where they are. We connect to them, so the rooms and rates you already sell on MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda and Airbnb are managed from one place instead of five extranets.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Your guests, your bookings and your rates are yours, and you can export all of it as a spreadsheet at any time, including on the day you leave.
Is there a contract or a lock-in?
No. It is monthly, and you can stop at the end of any month. There is no setup fee and no cancellation fee.
Do I need a computer at the desk?
No. It works on a phone, and most owners run it entirely from one. A tablet or laptop at the desk is nicer for the tape chart but nothing needs it.
Does it work in Hindi?
Guest messages do — the Property AI reads and replies in English or Hindi. The owner-facing app is in English today; more languages are on the list.
What if the internet goes down?
You can still take a booking and a payment on your phone over mobile data. When the connection returns, everything syncs to the channels automatically.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes, with their own permissions — a desk person can check guests in without seeing your revenue or changing your rates.
How do I get paid?
Directly. UPI and card payments settle into your own bank account on the normal cycle. The money does not pass through us.

I can show you what this would look like at your property. How many rooms do you have?
I hand you to a person on WhatsApp — I'm a shortcut past the form, not a chatbot.
